Monitor Status

Want to know who has tested, who needs to finish, or who stopped in the middle of a test? Log in to the CETE website. On the left side of the screen, select KCA Main Page, then select NCLB Testing, then Monitor Status.

Reactivation

If students need to re-enter tests, they may do so within 90 minutes of starting. After 90 minutes, the session ticket will need reactivation. To reactivate a session ticket, go to the Monitor Status page and find the student you need to reactivate. Checkmark only the test parts you need to reactivate. When you are done, select the Reactivate button at the bottom of the page. The session ticket will remain reactivated until the student logs in.

Completion times

Another management feature of the Monitor Status screen is the ability to see the time a student takes to complete a test part. Each student has a computer screen icon for each test part that indicates the status of each test part.

An Audit Spreadsheet is also available to help manage testing sessions at your school by identifying students who have not tested.
