Enrolling Students

The Kansas State Department of Education has a student-level record system known as Kansas Individual Data on Students, or KIDS. Any student who has been registered or uploaded into the KIDS database is eligible to take the Kansas Computerized Assessments.

Any additions or revisions to your roster of students must be done through the KIDS database (discuss your needs with local administrators). Not every student in the KIDS database will necessarily take the Kansas Computerized Assessments, only students with an assigned test type. To take the test, students will need Session Tickets.
